Landlord Safety Checks
As a landlord you have a legal requirement to ensure all gas appliances (e.g. fittings, piping and flues) are safely installed and maintained by a Gas Safe registered engineer. We carry out your annual safety check on each gas appliance in your property and provide 2 copies of your CP12 certificate, for you and your tenant, with a free Landlord Certificate reminder before the next one is due.

We are registered installers with Grant, so you can take advantage of the 5 years parts and labour warranty rather than the standard two years on new Grant boilers we fit. With Ideal you get the 7 year parts and labour warranty on new boilers fitted.
Most new boilers now come with 5-10 years warranty, so you have peace of mind there will be no large unexpected bills in that period.
